RETURN & REFUND POLICY


RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with European consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at:

Once your request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must not show any signs of use (hair, marks, odors, or wear)

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that are not in a condition suitable for resale as new may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


HYGIENE & SEALED PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons, hair accessories must be returned in a clean and unused condition.

Products that show signs of use or handling that makes them unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

Some products may be sealed for hygiene protection. If the seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with after delivery, the item may not be eligible for return.


FREE GIFTS / PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must also be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, or if it is returned opened, used, or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from your refund.


Refusal of Delivery and Returns Due to Non-Collection

If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery or fails to collect it from a pickup point, resulting in its return to the sender, the order will be treated as a return.

A refund will only be issued after the seller has received the returned parcel and verified its condition.

In accordance with the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal, the customer may be refunded the amount of the returned products. However, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:

  • the initial shipping costs
  • the return shipping costs charged by the carrier

These costs will remain the responsibility of the customer if the refusal or non-collection of the parcel is not due to an error attributable to the seller.

In the event of abusive or repeated returns (systematic refusal of parcels, failure to collect from pickup points), the seller reserves the right to refuse any new order or to require advance payment prior to shipment.

The customer is informed that refusing a parcel does not constitute an automatic cancellation of the order and does not exempt them from the costs incurred for shipping and returning the parcel.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Hair accessories and styling tools that have been used or show signs of use

  • Products that come into direct contact with hair or scalp

  • Opened personal care or hair care products

Items that are returned with signs of use (including hair, marks, odors, or wear) will not be accepted.

Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval and issued to your original payment method.

If the returned product is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied or the return may be refused.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect

In these cases, we will cover the return costs.

Customers are responsible for the returned item until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


DELIVERY COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of defective or incorrect items.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at shop@revitalysse.com.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return instructions and confirmation.

Returns sent without prior authorization, or not following the provided instructions, may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

Returned items that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be refused or only partially refunded.
